Wedding Bartender, in Princeton
The bar we build for a Princeton wedding
Getting a bar to Princeton means crossing most of Miami-Dade, about 29 miles of it. We plan a wedding at this distance with an earlier load, an earlier departure, and a setup window that assumes something will go slowly.
Princeton has Naranja and Goulds close at hand, the nearest about 2 miles out. Guests coming from that direction arrive together, so we build the wedding bar to absorb a front-loaded rush rather than a steady stream.
People search Princeton because it is where they live rather than because it is a municipality. For a wedding that means county regulations and then your venue's own view on access, timing and how late the bar may run.
The wedding bartender you book for Princeton arrives with everything the bar needs already on the truck: menu agreed in advance, kit checked before it leaves, and a crew that has run this setup across Miami-Dade often enough to know what the room will ask for.
You hold a Princeton date with a 25% deposit. The balance falls due 48 hours before the wedding, and the deposit stays fully refundable until 7 days out — the same terms here as everywhere else we work.
You can have a price for your Princeton wedding before you finish your coffee, and a held date shortly after. Everything above is what happens between those two moments.
How far will you travel for a Princeton wedding?
Princeton is about 29 miles from where we load, and we cover the whole of Miami-Dade. The distance shapes our morning, not your rate — bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
Naranja, Goulds and Leisure City are on the same run, so a venue just over the line is no different to book.
My venue is near Princeton rather than in it — is that a problem?
Not at all. Naranja is about 2 miles from Princeton, with Goulds and Leisure City close behind, and all of them price identically.
Give us the real address when you book and we plan the load-in around that rather than around the search term.
Can you design a custom menu for a Princeton wedding?
That is how we normally do it — the list is built around what your guests will actually drink, mocktails and frozen drinks included.
The mixers, juices, garnish and ice to run it arrive with the bar, portioned to your headcount.
What if my Princeton guests want something not on the menu?
Within reason the bar can handle it — the mixers, juices and garnish we bring cover a good deal more than the printed list.
If there is a drink that really matters to you, tell us early and we will make sure the ingredients are on the truck.
What happens if my Princeton wedding runs late?
We would rather stay and clear the bar down properly than leave a job half finished, and the crew plans for the evening rather than for the minute.
Anything beyond the booked hours is agreed on the night and charged at the ordinary hourly rate.
How much does a wedding in Princeton cost?
From $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, around $255 at the floor. The hours, the guest count and what you have us bring do the rest.

YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
