There is about 23 miles between our loading bay and Palmetto Estates, heading south. On runs this length we load the night before wherever we can, so the morning is a drive and a setup rather than a scramble, and we arrive with the margin a long run actually needs.
The nearest of our other service areas to Palmetto Estates is South Miami Heights, about 2 miles away, with Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay behind it. That matters mostly for venues: plenty of Palmetto Estates events actually happen a few minutes over the boundary, and that is an ordinary booking.
There is no city hall in Palmetto Estates. It is an unincorporated part of Miami-Dade, so county rules apply and any tighter restriction comes from your community or your venue rather than a local ordinance. We ask about both before we schedule the truck.
Setup begins about 1 hour ahead of your start time. We would always rather walk into an empty room than a full one, so tell us the earliest your venue will let us in and we will usually take it.
Bartending in Palmetto Estates is priced the way it is priced everywhere we work: $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, and a quote you can see online without waiting for a callback. Crossing the county does not move the hourly rate.

All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
