What we know about Country Club
What hiring a bar in Country Club looks like
Of everywhere we serve, Country Club is among the closest to our own: under a mile, end to end. Practically that means the timing on your run sheet is the timing you get, and if the night runs long we are not weighing the drive home against staying to clear the bar down properly.
Miami Lakes is the nearest place we serve, about 2 miles from you, with Miami Gardens and Hialeah Gardens close behind. If your guest list is spread across those, nobody is making an unreasonable journey to get to you, and arrivals tend to bunch rather than trickle.
Country Club is a community rather than a chartered city — an unincorporated area governed by the county. For an event that mostly means fewer separate rulebooks to satisfy: county regulations, and then whatever your venue or homeowners' association has to say about vehicles and hours.
The team aims for site 1 hour before your first pour, and we confirm that against your run sheet rather than the other way round. If the speeches, the entrance or the food service move, the bar moves with them.
Booking runs like this. A 25% deposit holds your date, the balance falls due 48 hours before the event, and the deposit stays fully refundable until 7 days out. The same terms apply in Country Club as anywhere else on this list.
Half the bartending quotes we have written are for 50 guests or fewer, so a Country Club backyard party is squarely normal for us rather than a small job squeezed between bigger ones.
How far are you from Country Club?
Our yard is in Hialeah, under a mile from Country Club as the map measures it. That is separation rather than a drive time — the route matters more than the distance around here — but it gives you the shape of it.
It makes no difference to the rate. Bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum across the whole service area.
Can you set up outdoors in Country Club?
Yes, and most of what we do is outdoors. Tell us what the ground is like and whether there is shade — a bar on grass and a bar on a patio are set up differently, and we would much rather know beforehand.
Ice and coolers are portioned to your guest count either way, so nothing is warming up while the sun is still on the yard.
What happens if it rains on my Country Club event?
The bar can move under cover, and we would far rather plan that with you in advance than improvise it on the day — tell us what your fallback is when you book.
If the date has to move altogether it can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours beforehand.
Can I change the details after booking my Country Club date?
Yes. Guest counts and menus move around constantly and we plan for it — tell us and we re-price cleanly.
The date itself can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the event, and the deposit is fully refundable until 7 days out.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
