Bartending in Goulds
The practical side of a Goulds event
The south end of the county is a serious run from Hialeah — about 27 miles of it to reach Goulds. Booking early matters more here than almost anywhere else we work, for the plain reason that a crew committed to this distance is committed for the whole day.
The nearest of our other service areas to Goulds is Princeton, about 2 miles away, with South Miami Heights and Cutler Bay behind it. That matters mostly for venues: plenty of Goulds events actually happen a few minutes over the boundary, and that is an ordinary booking.
Goulds is a community rather than a chartered city — an unincorporated area governed by the county. For an event that mostly means fewer separate rulebooks to satisfy: county regulations, and then whatever your venue or homeowners' association has to say about vehicles and hours.
We plan to be there about 1 hour before service. Breakdown runs the same way in reverse: the bar comes down, the glassware and coolers go back on the truck, and the space is left as we found it — which, with about 27 miles still to drive home, is still not something we rush.
Bartending in Goulds is priced the way it is priced everywhere we work: $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, and a quote you can see online without waiting for a callback. Crossing the county does not move the hourly rate.
The median event we price runs 4 hours. Worth knowing while you are deciding when a Goulds evening should start and stop — most hosts underestimate the gap between doors opening and dinner being served.
Is there an extra charge for coming out to Goulds?
The hourly rate does not change with distance. Bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum whether the event is beside our Hialeah yard or about 27 miles away in Goulds.
What does move the number is the length of the event, the guest count and what you ask us to bring — all of which you control in the wizard on this page.
Does my event have to be inside Goulds itself?
No. Goulds is where you searched, but the service area is the whole county — Princeton, South Miami Heights and Cutler Bay are all a short distance off and priced identically.
If you are unsure which side of a boundary your venue falls on, it genuinely does not matter for the quote. Put in the address and the wizard prices it.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes, and that holds for every Goulds booking without exception. Venues that want a certificate can be sent one.
The crew arrives about 1 hour before service, dressed to whatever code you have set.
How much is a bartender in Goulds?
It starts at $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum — about $255 at the floor — and moves with the hours, the guest count and what you have us bring.
The wizard on this page builds the whole number in front of you. No form-then-wait, and no call before you see a price.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
