Naranja is one of the furthest points we serve: about 30 miles south of the Hialeah yard, most of the county in between. We still come, and the full kit comes with us — nothing gets left behind to make the load lighter.
Princeton is the nearest place we serve, about 2 miles from you, with Leisure City and Goulds close behind. If your guest list is spread across those, nobody is making an unreasonable journey to get to you, and arrivals tend to bunch rather than trickle.
Naranja is a community rather than a chartered city — an unincorporated area governed by the county. For an event that mostly means fewer separate rulebooks to satisfy: county regulations, and then whatever your venue or homeowners' association has to say about vehicles and hours.
Setup begins about 1 hour ahead of your start time. We would always rather walk into an empty room than a full one, so tell us the earliest your venue will let us in and we will usually take it.
Dates in Naranja are held with a 25% deposit and can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the event. Weekend dates go first, which is the only honest reason to book early rather than a sales one.
51% of the bartending quotes we have priced include ice from us. It is the add-on people forget until the week of, and the one that is genuinely awkward to solve yourself on the morning of a Naranja event.
About 1 hour before service starts, which is the window we work to everywhere. With about 30 miles to cover from Hialeah we leave with margin rather than counting on a clear road.
If your venue will let us in earlier we will usually take it — an unhurried setup is the cheapest quality upgrade on the whole booking.

We tend to focus on events with more than 25 people, but some events have less than that and we're willing to work out a deal that is mutually beneficial.

YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
