What Princeton hosts get
What a Princeton celebration actually involves
At about 29 miles south, Princeton is one of the longest runs on our list. Nothing is trimmed from the load to make it easier: the bartending services that arrives here is the one that arrives anywhere.
Princeton has Naranja and Goulds close at hand, the nearest about 2 miles out. Guests coming from that direction arrive together, so we build the celebration bar to absorb a front-loaded rush rather than a steady stream.
There is no Princeton city hall to call — it is an unincorporated area of Miami-Dade. For a celebration that usually simplifies things: one county rulebook, plus whatever your community says about vehicles and hours.
Booking bartending services in Princeton starts from your timeline rather than ours — when doors open, when the food lands, when the bar goes quiet for speeches, and where last call should sit. The staffing and the menu are built around that.
Setup starts roughly 1 hour ahead of your start time, and we hold that against your run sheet rather than our own. If the ceremony, the speeches or the entrance move, the bar moves with them.
If you are comparing options for a celebration in Princeton, price this one first. It takes about as long as reading this paragraph and it hands you a real number to compare against instead of a range.
Can you handle a large celebration in Princeton?
Yes — staffing scales with the headcount and the bar is built to match. For context, half the bartending quotes we write are for 50 guests or fewer, so a bigger room is a question of more hands and more ice rather than a different service.
Put the guest count and the timeline into the wizard and it prices the staffing for you.
Can the bar go outdoors for a Princeton celebration?
Usually, and most of ours do. Let us know the surface and whether there is shade — a bar on grass and a bar on a patio are built differently.
Ice and coolers are portioned to your guest count either way, so the drinks stay cold from setup through to last call.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes, on every booking. If your Princeton venue wants a certificate, ask and we will send it across.
The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the celebration calls for.
How many drinks should I plan for per guest?
It depends far more on the length of service than on the headcount, which is why the wizard asks for hours before it asks for anything else.
Tell it your guest count and how long you want the bar open and it will size the ice, mixers and serveware for you.
When should the bar open at a Princeton celebration?
Usually as guests arrive, and then it follows your run sheet from there — quiet for the speeches, busy again afterwards.
Tell us the shape of the evening and we will staff the peaks rather than spreading the same crew flat across the night.
When should I book a Princeton celebration?
Earlier than feels necessary. December is our heaviest month for bartending quotes — 13% of them — and weekend crews run out before dates do.
A 25% deposit holds it and stays refundable until 7 days out, so booking early costs nothing but a decision.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
