Wedding Bartender, in Bal Harbour
What a Bal Harbour wedding actually involves
A wedding in Bal Harbour means about 13 miles across the county for us. We plan the arrival backwards from your start time rather than forwards from ours, which is the entire reason your schedule survives contact with traffic.
Bay Harbor Islands is under a mile from Bal Harbour, with Surfside and Biscayne Park barely further out. Plenty of Bal Harbour weddings actually happen a few minutes over one of those lines — still the same booking, still the same price.
Because Bal Harbour is its own city, the rules that shape a wedding here are local ones: how late music may run, where a truck may stand, whether the space needs booking in its own right. We would far rather know the constraint than discover it on the day.
Booking a wedding bartender in Bal Harbour starts from your timeline rather than ours — when doors open, when the food lands, when the bar goes quiet for speeches, and where last call should sit. The staffing and the menu are built around that.
You hold a Bal Harbour date with a 25% deposit. The balance falls due 48 hours before the wedding, and the deposit stays fully refundable until 7 days out — the same terms here as everywhere else we work.
The quickest way to learn what a Bal Harbour wedding costs is to build it below — no call, no form-then-wait, and nobody standing between you and the figure.
Do you do weddings in Bal Harbour?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are booked for most. Bal Harbour is about 13 miles east of our Hialeah base, and a wedding here runs on the same kit and the same crew as anywhere else in the county.
You can price yours in the wizard on this page before speaking to anyone.
What do you need from a Bal Harbour venue?
Where the truck can stop, and which door the bar comes through. For a wedding that is usually the whole of it, and knowing it in advance is the difference between a calm setup and a scramble.
We will also ask what surface the bar sits on and whether there is cover, since both change the build.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes, on every booking. If your Bal Harbour venue wants a certificate, ask and we will send it across.
The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the wedding calls for.
Do you cater to guests who are not drinking?
Always. Bottled water, soft drinks and a proper mocktail or two are part of how we build a wedding menu, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
Portions are worked out from your total headcount, so nobody is counting cups at the end of the night.
When should the bar open at a Bal Harbour wedding?
Usually as guests arrive, and then it follows your run sheet from there — quiet for the speeches, busy again afterwards.
Tell us the shape of the evening and we will staff the peaks rather than spreading the same crew flat across the night.
When should I book a Bal Harbour wedding?
Earlier than feels necessary. December is our heaviest month for bartending quotes — 13% of them — and weekend crews run out before dates do.
A 25% deposit holds it and stays refundable until 7 days out, so booking early costs nothing but a decision.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
