Booking bartending services here
What a West Miami celebration actually involves
It is about 13 miles from where we load out to West Miami, measured on the map. Booking bartending services at that range changes nothing about what turns up — the full bar, the full kit, and a team with time in hand.
Coral Terrace is about a mile from West Miami, with Westchester and Coral Gables barely further out. Plenty of West Miami celebrations actually happen a few minutes over one of those lines — still the same booking, still the same price.
Because West Miami is its own city, the rules that shape a celebration here are local ones: how late music may run, where a truck may stand, whether the space needs booking in its own right. We would far rather know the constraint than discover it on the day.
Booking bartending services in West Miami covers the whole shift — setup, service, and a breakdown that leaves the space as we found it. You are hiring the people and the equipment, not renting an hourly rate.
Setup starts roughly 1 hour ahead of your start time, and we hold that against your run sheet rather than our own. If the ceremony, the speeches or the entrance move, the bar moves with them.
If you are comparing options for a celebration in West Miami, price this one first. It takes about as long as reading this paragraph and it hands you a real number to compare against instead of a range.
How far will you travel for a West Miami celebration?
West Miami is about 13 miles from where we load, and we cover the whole of Miami-Dade. The distance shapes our morning, not your rate — bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
Coral Terrace, Westchester and Coral Gables are on the same run, so a venue just over the line is no different to book.
My venue is near West Miami rather than in it — is that a problem?
Not at all. Coral Terrace is about a mile from West Miami, with Westchester and Coral Gables close behind, and all of them price identically.
Give us the real address when you book and we plan the load-in around that rather than around the search term.
How many bartenders for a West Miami celebration?
It follows the guest count and how long the bar stays open. The wizard on this page sizes it as you fill it in.
Half the bartending quotes we write are for 50 guests or fewer, which is usually one bartender working steadily.
Do you cater to guests who are not drinking?
Always. Bottled water, soft drinks and a proper mocktail or two are part of how we build a celebration menu, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
Portions are worked out from your total headcount, so nobody is counting cups at the end of the night.
When should the bar open at a West Miami celebration?
Usually as guests arrive, and then it follows your run sheet from there — quiet for the speeches, busy again afterwards.
Tell us the shape of the evening and we will staff the peaks rather than spreading the same crew flat across the night.
How much does a celebration in West Miami cost?
From $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, around $255 at the floor. The hours, the guest count and what you have us bring do the rest.
Build yours in the wizard on this page and the number appears as you go.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
