Private Event Bartender, in The Hammocks
Your private event in The Hammocks, start to finish
The Hammocks is a real drive from us, about 21 miles southwest. For a private event that matters in exactly one way: we settle your access, parking and load-in before the truck leaves, because sorting it out on arrival costs a distance we have already spent.
The Hammocks has Kendall West and Kendale Lakes close at hand, the nearest about 3 miles out. Guests coming from that direction arrive together, so we build the private event bar to absorb a front-loaded rush rather than a steady stream.
People search The Hammocks because it is where they live rather than because it is a municipality. For a private event that means county regulations and then your venue's own view on access, timing and how late the bar may run.
What you actually book for a The Hammocks private event is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
Plans change. A The Hammocks private event can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.
If you are comparing options for a private event in The Hammocks, price this one first. It takes about as long as reading this paragraph and it hands you a real number to compare against instead of a range.
What time do you arrive for a private event in The Hammocks?
About 1 hour before service. Over about 21 miles we leave with margin, because arriving early and waiting is a far better failure than arriving late.
We hold that arrival against your run sheet, so if the ceremony or the speeches move, the bar moves with them.
Can the bar go outdoors for a The Hammocks private event?
Usually, and most of ours do. Let us know the surface and whether there is shade — a bar on grass and a bar on a patio are built differently.
Ice and coolers are portioned to your guest count either way, so the drinks stay cold from setup through to last call.
Do you clean up after a The Hammocks private event?
Breakdown is part of the booking — the bar comes down, everything returns to the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
That holds at about 21 miles out as firmly as it does next door to the yard.
Do you cater to guests who are not drinking?
Always. Bottled water, soft drinks and a proper mocktail or two are part of how we build a private event menu, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
Portions are worked out from your total headcount, so nobody is counting cups at the end of the night.
How long does breakdown take after a private event?
Less time than setup. The bar comes down, everything goes back on the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
If your venue has a hard curfew, tell us and we will work backwards from it rather than from last call.
How do I book a private event in The Hammocks?
Price it here, then hold the date with a 25% deposit. The balance falls due 48 hours before the private event.
The deposit is fully refundable until 7 days out, and the date can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
