Booking a quinceañera bartender here
How we run a Miami Beach quinceañera
Miami Beach is a real drive from us, about 16 miles southeast. For a quinceañera that matters in exactly one way: we settle your access, parking and load-in before the truck leaves, because sorting it out on arrival costs a distance we have already spent.
Measured from the middle, Miami Beach is about 4 miles from North Bay Village, and further still from Miami and El Portal. Access is what we work out first: where the truck stops, how far the kit travels from it, and who opens the door.
Miami Beach is a municipality in its own right, which for a quinceañera mostly shows up as parking and curfew. Tell us what the venue has told you and the setup and breakdown get planned to fit inside it.
What you actually book for a Miami Beach quinceañera is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
Pricing a quinceañera in Miami Beach starts at $85/hour against a 3-hour minimum, and the wizard below gives you your own number before you talk to anyone. Distance across the county does not move the rate.
You can have a price for your Miami Beach quinceañera before you finish your coffee, and a held date shortly after. Everything above is what happens between those two moments.
How far will you travel for a Miami Beach quinceañera?
Miami Beach is about 16 miles from where we load, and we cover the whole of Miami-Dade. The distance shapes our morning, not your rate — bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
North Bay Village, Miami and El Portal are on the same run, so a venue just over the line is no different to book.
My venue is near Miami Beach rather than in it — is that a problem?
Not at all. North Bay Village is about 4 miles from Miami Beach, with Miami and El Portal close behind, and all of them price identically.
Give us the real address when you book and we plan the load-in around that rather than around the search term.
How many bartenders for a Miami Beach quinceañera?
It follows the guest count and how long the bar stays open. The wizard on this page sizes it as you fill it in.
Half the bartending quotes we write are for 50 guests or fewer, which is usually one bartender working steadily.
How many drinks should I plan for per guest?
It depends far more on the length of service than on the headcount, which is why the wizard asks for hours before it asks for anything else.
Tell it your guest count and how long you want the bar open and it will size the ice, mixers and serveware for you.
How long does breakdown take after a quinceañera?
Less time than setup. The bar comes down, everything goes back on the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
If your venue has a hard curfew, tell us and we will work backwards from it rather than from last call.
When should I book a Miami Beach quinceañera?
Earlier than feels necessary. December is our heaviest month for bartending quotes — 13% of them — and weekend crews run out before dates do.
A 25% deposit holds it and stays refundable until 7 days out, so booking early costs nothing but a decision.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
