Private Event Bartender, in Hialeah
Your private event in Hialeah, start to finish
This is our home city. The yard we load out of is in Hialeah, so a private event here is the shortest run we do and the drive never enters into the planning. The crew loads, arrives, and starts building while the room is still being dressed — which is the version of the day everybody wants and most distances make harder.
Miami Springs sits about 3 miles from Hialeah, with Hialeah Gardens and Medley following. Worth knowing while you are choosing a venue for a private event, because a room just over the line is priced exactly like a room in town.
Hialeah is a municipality in its own right, which for a private event mostly shows up as parking and curfew. Tell us what the venue has told you and the setup and breakdown get planned to fit inside it.
The private event bartender you book for Hialeah arrives with everything the bar needs already on the truck: menu agreed in advance, kit checked before it leaves, and a crew that has run this setup across Miami-Dade often enough to know what the room will ask for.
You hold a Hialeah date with a 25% deposit. The balance falls due 48 hours before the private event, and the deposit stays fully refundable until 7 days out — the same terms here as everywhere else we work.
The quickest way to learn what a Hialeah private event costs is to build it below — no call, no form-then-wait, and nobody standing between you and the figure.
What time do you arrive for a private event in Hialeah?
About 1 hour before service, and loading in the same city means that window is never the tight part of the day.
We hold that arrival against your run sheet, so if the ceremony or the speeches move, the bar moves with them.
How long does setup take for a private event in Hialeah?
The window is about 1 hour before service, and it has to cover the carry from wherever we can park, the build, the ice and the garnish.
Breakdown runs the same way in reverse, and the space is left as we found it — about 7 miles of drive home notwithstanding.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes, on every booking. If your Hialeah venue wants a certificate, ask and we will send it across.
The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the private event calls for.
Do you cater to guests who are not drinking?
Always. Bottled water, soft drinks and a proper mocktail or two are part of how we build a private event menu, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
Portions are worked out from your total headcount, so nobody is counting cups at the end of the night.
How long does breakdown take after a private event?
Less time than setup. The bar comes down, everything goes back on the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
If your venue has a hard curfew, tell us and we will work backwards from it rather than from last call.
When should I book a Hialeah private event?
Earlier than feels necessary. December is our heaviest month for bartending quotes — 13% of them — and weekend crews run out before dates do.
A 25% deposit holds it and stays refundable until 7 days out, so booking early costs nothing but a decision.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
