Corporate Event Bartender, in Hialeah
Your corporate event in Hialeah, start to finish
Hialeah is where the bar, the coolers and the glassware live between events. Booking a corporate event bartender here means the whole day is setup and service rather than setup, service and a crossing of the county, and it means a forgotten detail is a short errand instead of a problem you would have heard about after the fact.
Miami Springs sits about 3 miles from Hialeah, with Hialeah Gardens and Medley following. Worth knowing while you are choosing a venue for a corporate event, because a room just over the line is priced exactly like a room in town.
Because Hialeah is its own city, the rules that shape a corporate event here are local ones: how late music may run, where a truck may stand, whether the space needs booking in its own right. We would far rather know the constraint than discover it on the day.
What you actually book for a Hialeah corporate event is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
Plans change. A Hialeah corporate event can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.
The quickest way to learn what a Hialeah corporate event costs is to build it below — no call, no form-then-wait, and nobody standing between you and the figure.
Do you do corporate events in Hialeah?
Constantly — it is our home city. The yard is in Hialeah, so a corporate event here runs on the same kit and the same crew as anywhere else, minus the drive.
You can price yours in the wizard on this page before speaking to anyone.
What do you need from a Hialeah venue?
Where the truck can stop, and which door the bar comes through. For a corporate event that is usually the whole of it, and knowing it in advance is the difference between a calm setup and a scramble.
We will also ask what surface the bar sits on and whether there is cover, since both change the build.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes, on every booking. If your Hialeah venue wants a certificate, ask and we will send it across.
The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the corporate event calls for.
How many drinks should I plan for per guest?
It depends far more on the length of service than on the headcount, which is why the wizard asks for hours before it asks for anything else.
Tell it your guest count and how long you want the bar open and it will size the ice, mixers and serveware for you.
Can the bar stay open longer on the night?
Often, if the crew's schedule allows it. Extra time is added at the same hourly rate rather than at a penalty rate.
It is worth deciding in advance where you want last call, because the hour people regret is almost always the last one.
How much does a corporate event in Hialeah cost?
From $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, around $255 at the floor. The hours, the guest count and what you have us bring do the rest.

YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
