Mobile Bartender, in Cutler Bay
Your party in Cutler Bay, start to finish
Getting a bar to Cutler Bay means crossing most of Miami-Dade, about 25 miles of it. We plan a party at this distance with an earlier load, an earlier departure, and a setup window that assumes something will go slowly.
The nearest places we serve are South Miami Heights, Goulds and Palmetto Estates, starting about 2 miles away. If your party guest list is spread across them, nobody is making an unreasonable journey — and arrivals bunch rather than trickle, which is exactly when a second pair of hands behind the bar earns its keep.
Cutler Bay runs its own book on events — permits, curfews, park bookings, what may be put up in a public space. Ask your venue which of those touch a party before you fix a start time; we will build the bar around whatever schedule it leaves you.
The mobile bartender you book for Cutler Bay arrives with everything the bar needs already on the truck: menu agreed in advance, kit checked before it leaves, and a crew that has run this setup across Miami-Dade often enough to know what the room will ask for.
Setup starts roughly 1 hour ahead of your start time, and we hold that against your run sheet rather than our own. If the ceremony, the speeches or the entrance move, the bar moves with them.
The quickest way to learn what a Cutler Bay party costs is to build it below — no call, no form-then-wait, and nobody standing between you and the figure.
How far will you travel for a Cutler Bay party?
Cutler Bay is about 25 miles from where we load, and we cover the whole of Miami-Dade. The distance shapes our morning, not your rate — bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
South Miami Heights, Goulds and Palmetto Estates are on the same run, so a venue just over the line is no different to book.
How long does setup take for a party in Cutler Bay?
The window is about 1 hour before service, and it has to cover the carry from wherever we can park, the build, the ice and the garnish.
Breakdown runs the same way in reverse, and the space is left as we found it — about 25 miles of drive home notwithstanding.
Do you clean up after a Cutler Bay party?
Breakdown is part of the booking — the bar comes down, everything returns to the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
That holds at about 25 miles out as firmly as it does next door to the yard.
What if my Cutler Bay guests want something not on the menu?
Within reason the bar can handle it — the mixers, juices and garnish we bring cover a good deal more than the printed list.
If there is a drink that really matters to you, tell us early and we will make sure the ingredients are on the truck.
What happens if my Cutler Bay party runs late?
We would rather stay and clear the bar down properly than leave a job half finished, and the crew plans for the evening rather than for the minute.
Anything beyond the booked hours is agreed on the night and charged at the ordinary hourly rate.
How much does a party in Cutler Bay cost?
From $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, around $255 at the floor. The hours, the guest count and what you have us bring do the rest.

YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
