Cutler Bay corporate events
Your corporate event in Cutler Bay, start to finish
At about 25 miles south, Cutler Bay is one of the longest runs on our list. Nothing is trimmed from the load to make it easier: the corporate event bartender that arrives here is the one that arrives anywhere.
South Miami Heights sits about 2 miles from Cutler Bay, with Goulds and Palmetto Estates following. Worth knowing while you are choosing a venue for a corporate event, because a room just over the line is priced exactly like a room in town.
Cutler Bay runs its own book on events — permits, curfews, park bookings, what may be put up in a public space. Ask your venue which of those touch a corporate event before you fix a start time; we will build the bar around whatever schedule it leaves you.
The corporate event bartender you book for Cutler Bay arrives with everything the bar needs already on the truck: menu agreed in advance, kit checked before it leaves, and a crew that has run this setup across Miami-Dade often enough to know what the room will ask for.
The team is on site about 1 hour before service. For a corporate event that hour is not padding — it is ice in the coolers, garnish cut, glassware laid out, and a bar standing finished before anyone photographs it.
The quickest way to learn what a Cutler Bay corporate event costs is to build it below — no call, no form-then-wait, and nobody standing between you and the figure.
What time do you arrive for a corporate event in Cutler Bay?
About 1 hour before service. Over about 25 miles we leave with margin, because arriving early and waiting is a far better failure than arriving late.
We hold that arrival against your run sheet, so if the ceremony or the speeches move, the bar moves with them.
What do you need from a Cutler Bay venue?
Where the truck can stop, and which door the bar comes through. For a corporate event that is usually the whole of it, and knowing it in advance is the difference between a calm setup and a scramble.
We will also ask what surface the bar sits on and whether there is cover, since both change the build.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes, on every booking. If your Cutler Bay venue wants a certificate, ask and we will send it across.
The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the corporate event calls for.
How many drinks should I plan for per guest?
It depends far more on the length of service than on the headcount, which is why the wizard asks for hours before it asks for anything else.
Tell it your guest count and how long you want the bar open and it will size the ice, mixers and serveware for you.
Can the bar stay open longer on the night?
Often, if the crew's schedule allows it. Extra time is added at the same hourly rate rather than at a penalty rate.
It is worth deciding in advance where you want last call, because the hour people regret is almost always the last one.
How much does a corporate event in Cutler Bay cost?
From $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, around $255 at the floor. The hours, the guest count and what you have us bring do the rest.

YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
