Mobile Bartender, in Westchester
Your party in Westchester, start to finish
It is about 14 miles from where we load out to Westchester, measured on the map. Booking a mobile bartender at that range changes nothing about what turns up — the full bar, the full kit, and a team with time in hand.
Venue hunting for a party in Westchester tends to spill into Olympia Heights and Fontainebleau; Coral Terrace begins about a mile out. We quote the whole cluster identically, so crossing a boundary mid-search never restarts your pricing.
Westchester is an unincorporated area rather than a city of its own, so county rules cover your party and the tighter restrictions come from the venue or the HOA. We ask about both before the truck is scheduled.
What you actually book for a Westchester party is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
The team is on site about 1 hour before service. For a party that hour is not padding — it is ice in the coolers, garnish cut, glassware laid out, and a bar standing finished before anyone photographs it.
You can have a price for your Westchester party before you finish your coffee, and a held date shortly after. Everything above is what happens between those two moments.
What time do you arrive for a party in Westchester?
About 1 hour before service. Over about 14 miles we leave with margin, because arriving early and waiting is a far better failure than arriving late.
We hold that arrival against your run sheet, so if the ceremony or the speeches move, the bar moves with them.
Can the bar go outdoors for a Westchester party?
Usually, and most of ours do. Let us know the surface and whether there is shade — a bar on grass and a bar on a patio are built differently.
Ice and coolers are portioned to your guest count either way, so the drinks stay cold from setup through to last call.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes, on every booking. If your Westchester venue wants a certificate, ask and we will send it across.
The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the party calls for.
What if my Westchester guests want something not on the menu?
Within reason the bar can handle it — the mixers, juices and garnish we bring cover a good deal more than the printed list.
If there is a drink that really matters to you, tell us early and we will make sure the ingredients are on the truck.
How long does breakdown take after a party?
Less time than setup. The bar comes down, everything goes back on the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
If your venue has a hard curfew, tell us and we will work backwards from it rather than from last call.
How much does a party in Westchester cost?
From $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, around $255 at the floor. The hours, the guest count and what you have us bring do the rest.

YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
