A corporate booking answers to more people than a house party does: a building that wants a certificate of insurance before load-in, and a budget owner who wants the number before the invitation goes out. We carry general liability insurance and send a COI on request, arrive about an hour before service to set up, and break the bar down and leave the space as clean as we found it.

This is a tightly packed corner of the county: Sweetwater, Tamiami and Fontainebleau are all a short hop away, the nearest about a mile out. For a corporate event that usually means shared parking and a load-in that has to be pointed at the right door, so we ask which entrance is ours.
University Park is an unincorporated area rather than a city of its own, so county rules cover your corporate event and the tighter restrictions come from the venue or the HOA. We ask about both before the truck is scheduled.
What you actually book for a University Park corporate event is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
Plans change. A University Park corporate event can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.

Bartending starts at $85/hour per bartender with a 3-hour minimum — about $255 for a small office gathering. The instant quote on this page prices your headcount, hours and supplies without a sales call, so you can take a written number straight to approval.

The date is secured with a 25% deposit paid securely online by card, and the balance is due 48 hours before the event — we accept Zelle and cash for balances. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails.
