Quinceañera Bartender, in Miami Gardens
What a Miami Gardens quinceañera actually involves
Miami Gardens is effectively our own neighborhood, about 5 miles from where we load. For a quinceañera that means the drive is never the variable: we plan backwards from your timeline instead of forwards from ours.
There is some room around Miami Gardens — about 3 miles to Opa-locka, then Country Club and Ives Estates. Guests traveling in for a quinceañera arrive more staggered here, which is easier on the bar and harder on your timeline, so we plan the pour rate accordingly.
Miami Gardens is a municipality in its own right, which for a quinceañera mostly shows up as parking and curfew. Tell us what the venue has told you and the setup and breakdown get planned to fit inside it.
The quinceañera bartender you book for Miami Gardens arrives with everything the bar needs already on the truck: menu agreed in advance, kit checked before it leaves, and a crew that has run this setup across Miami-Dade often enough to know what the room will ask for.
Plans change. A Miami Gardens quinceañera can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.
If you are comparing options for a quinceañera in Miami Gardens, price this one first. It takes about as long as reading this paragraph and it hands you a real number to compare against instead of a range.
Do you do quinceañeras in Miami Gardens?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are booked for most. Miami Gardens is about 5 miles east of our Hialeah base, and a quinceañera here runs on the same kit and the same crew as anywhere else in the county.
You can price yours in the wizard on this page before speaking to anyone.
What do you need from a Miami Gardens venue?
Where the truck can stop, and which door the bar comes through. For a quinceañera that is usually the whole of it, and knowing it in advance is the difference between a calm setup and a scramble.
We will also ask what surface the bar sits on and whether there is cover, since both change the build.
Do you clean up after a Miami Gardens quinceañera?
Breakdown is part of the booking — the bar comes down, everything returns to the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
That holds at about 5 miles out as firmly as it does next door to the yard.
How many drinks should I plan for per guest?
It depends far more on the length of service than on the headcount, which is why the wizard asks for hours before it asks for anything else.
Tell it your guest count and how long you want the bar open and it will size the ice, mixers and serveware for you.
Can the bar stay open longer on the night?
Often, if the crew's schedule allows it. Extra time is added at the same hourly rate rather than at a penalty rate.
It is worth deciding in advance where you want last call, because the hour people regret is almost always the last one.
How much does a quinceañera in Miami Gardens cost?
From $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, around $255 at the floor. The hours, the guest count and what you have us bring do the rest.
Build yours in the wizard on this page and the number appears as you go.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
