What Homestead hosts get
How we run a Homestead celebration
Homestead sits near the far edge of what we cover, about 34 miles south of the yard. A celebration here is a full day for the crew from the moment the truck is loaded, and it is booked as one — the honest reason dates at this end of the county go early.
Venue hunting for a celebration in Homestead tends to spill into Leisure City and Naranja; Florida City begins about a mile out. We quote the whole cluster identically, so crossing a boundary mid-search never restarts your pricing.
Because Homestead is its own city, the rules that shape a celebration here are local ones: how late music may run, where a truck may stand, whether the space needs booking in its own right. We would far rather know the constraint than discover it on the day.
Booking bartending services in Homestead starts from your timeline rather than ours — when doors open, when the food lands, when the bar goes quiet for speeches, and where last call should sit. The staffing and the menu are built around that.
Pricing a celebration in Homestead starts at $85/hour against a 3-hour minimum, and the wizard below gives you your own number before you talk to anyone. Distance across the county does not move the rate.
You can have a price for your Homestead celebration before you finish your coffee, and a held date shortly after. Everything above is what happens between those two moments.
Do you do celebrations in Homestead?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are booked for most. Homestead is about 34 miles south of our Hialeah base, and a celebration here runs on the same kit and the same crew as anywhere else in the county.
You can price yours in the wizard on this page before speaking to anyone.
My venue is near Homestead rather than in it — is that a problem?
Not at all. Florida City is about a mile from Homestead, with Leisure City and Naranja close behind, and all of them price identically.
Give us the real address when you book and we plan the load-in around that rather than around the search term.
Do you clean up after a Homestead celebration?
Breakdown is part of the booking — the bar comes down, everything returns to the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
That holds at about 34 miles out as firmly as it does next door to the yard.
What if my Homestead guests want something not on the menu?
Within reason the bar can handle it — the mixers, juices and garnish we bring cover a good deal more than the printed list.
If there is a drink that really matters to you, tell us early and we will make sure the ingredients are on the truck.
When should the bar open at a Homestead celebration?
Usually as guests arrive, and then it follows your run sheet from there — quiet for the speeches, busy again afterwards.
Tell us the shape of the evening and we will staff the peaks rather than spreading the same crew flat across the night.
How do I book a celebration in Homestead?
Price it here, then hold the date with a 25% deposit. The balance falls due 48 hours before the celebration.
The deposit is fully refundable until 7 days out, and the date can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
