El Portal is about 10 miles southeast of our Hialeah yard: far enough that a quinceañera here gets its drive written into the run sheet, close enough that the drive is never the story of the day.
Miami Shores is under a mile from El Portal, with Biscayne Park and North Miami barely further out. Plenty of El Portal quinceañeras actually happen a few minutes over one of those lines — still the same booking, still the same price.
Because El Portal is its own city, the rules that shape a quinceañera here are local ones: how late music may run, where a truck may stand, whether the space needs booking in its own right. We would far rather know the constraint than discover it on the day.

Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails.
