Wedding Bartender, in Coral Terrace
The bar we build for a Coral Terrace wedding
A wedding in Coral Terrace means about 14 miles across the county for us. We plan the arrival backwards from your start time rather than forwards from ours, which is the entire reason your schedule survives contact with traffic.
West Miami is about a mile from Coral Terrace, with Westchester and South Miami barely further out. Plenty of Coral Terrace weddings actually happen a few minutes over one of those lines — still the same booking, still the same price.
People search Coral Terrace because it is where they live rather than because it is a municipality. For a wedding that means county regulations and then your venue's own view on access, timing and how late the bar may run.
Booking a wedding bartender in Coral Terrace starts from your timeline rather than ours — when doors open, when the food lands, when the bar goes quiet for speeches, and where last call should sit. The staffing and the menu are built around that.
Plans change. A Coral Terrace wedding can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.
The quickest way to learn what a Coral Terrace wedding costs is to build it below — no call, no form-then-wait, and nobody standing between you and the figure.
Do you do weddings in Coral Terrace?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are booked for most. Coral Terrace is about 14 miles south of our Hialeah base, and a wedding here runs on the same kit and the same crew as anywhere else in the county.
You can price yours in the wizard on this page before speaking to anyone.
My venue is near Coral Terrace rather than in it — is that a problem?
Not at all. West Miami is about a mile from Coral Terrace, with Westchester and South Miami close behind, and all of them price identically.
Give us the real address when you book and we plan the load-in around that rather than around the search term.
How many bartenders for a Coral Terrace wedding?
It follows the guest count and how long the bar stays open. The wizard on this page sizes it as you fill it in.
Half the bartending quotes we write are for 50 guests or fewer, which is usually one bartender working steadily.
How many drinks should I plan for per guest?
It depends far more on the length of service than on the headcount, which is why the wizard asks for hours before it asks for anything else.
Tell it your guest count and how long you want the bar open and it will size the ice, mixers and serveware for you.
Can the bar stay open longer on the night?
Often, if the crew's schedule allows it. Extra time is added at the same hourly rate rather than at a penalty rate.
It is worth deciding in advance where you want last call, because the hour people regret is almost always the last one.
How do I book a wedding in Coral Terrace?
Price it here, then hold the date with a 25% deposit. The balance falls due 48 hours before the wedding.
The deposit is fully refundable until 7 days out, and the date can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before.
YD Cocktails is spectacular to work with. From the very first consultation, to the follow up by Yovana, to the smallest details and questions they asked. All to ensure that every detail was in place, and it was customized for us, family, and friends. From the display menu to the specialty drinks for the house. The drinks were as appealing to the eye as they were to drink Phenomenal presentation and taste. I don’t think Yovana and David had a chance to stop all night. I swear !!!! Even with that they served all kinds of shots and Cuba Libre (Mentirita) on the dance floor to keep the party going. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I asked to add an extra hour at the very last minute as the guest didn’t want them to leave and that was not a problem whatsoever. Delighted and so happy I went with YD Cocktails. HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND !!!!
